CHOOSE NOW THE DESIRED REAL ESTATE, PAY AFTER AUTHORISATION FOR USE (APP. 16).

THREE EASY STEPS.

  1. Each client may choose the real estate he/she desires on the website of DOIRAN building where one may review the building and the individual flats in detail. There, one may find information about the floorage, price and whether it is available for sale or has been sold.
  2. After choosing a flat, the buyer, from a bank account opened in HIS/HER NAME deposits 20% of the price of the real estate where the amount remains in his/her account until the building is fully completed and the investor fulfils all its contractual obligations to the buyer.
  3. After the COMPLETION OF THE BUILDING AND OBTAINING AN AUTHORISATION FOR USE (APP. 16), the future new owner receives an invitation to receive the keys from his/her flat, SIGNS A NOTARY DEED AND PAYS 100% OF THE PRICE.

How is such a payment method possible? We use this method of financing to ease our clients and to  KEEP THEM CALM AND TO BUILD THEIR TRUST IN THE INVESTOR. FOR THIS REASON, WE PREFER THAT THE PAYMENT TAKE PLACE WHEN THE BUILDING IS FULLY COMPLETED
